For me, I'm trying to be as positive as possible but some days, it feels that we are going down a hole of darkness and despair and I'll be honest, it stresses me out sometimes. I know it seems that every day it seems uncertain what's going on right now, but if there's one thing that I learned is this we need to care about one another, check on our elderly family members, keep in touch with our family and friends, and keep our own mental health in check.
