On My Beauty Wishlist: Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Eau De Parfume

Image
Hello, again beauty lovers, and Happy Thursday/Friday Eve to all of you. I cannot wait for the weekend and I know that you are too. Gucci has a new perfume that has sparked my interest, and I felt that it's only right to tell you lovely people about it. The perfume is described as a delicious potion of joy built around the gardenia flower blended with solar jasmine absolute, cheerful pear blossom accord, and sweet brown sugar accord. It is a signature floral scent for all free-spirited women full of positive energy.  Encased within a new, elongated bottle, the lacquered pink glass and shiny gold cap make it an object of beauty. A notable addition is the distinctive Flora pattern, re-imagined with a design inspired by Alessandro Michele’s vision. A core part of the Gucci identity, the motif is a painting of colorful flowers by artist Vittorio Accornero, created for Gucci in 1966. The Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia in the 3.3 Fl Oz is $149.00. https://www.sephora.com/product/gucci-fl

New Fashion Designer That I'm Obsessed With: Luisa Spanoli

Image
Happy Tuesday fashion lovers, I hope that all of you are doing well and had a great weekend, and are ready to take on the week with confidence and great style of course.  I came across a new fashion designer that has the most gorgeous pieces that I've ever seen. Luisa Spagnoli’s universe is nurtured by a strong sense of identity, personal style, and quality which actually identify the core values of the brand. The Fall/Winter 2022 Ready-To-Wear Collection was beyond stunning and every single piece got me excited for Fall. This piece, in particular, has dark academia vibes to it.  This dress from the Spring/Summer 2020 Ready-To-Wear Collection has such a romantic and feminine feel to it.  As I get older, I appreciate a good pantsuit. This is from the Spring/Summer 2019 Ready-To-Wear Collection. I never would pair brown and lilac, but this goes well together.  Fashion lovers, I hope that all of you will be kind to others and to yourself, and as always, I hope that all of you have en

On My Beauty Wishlist: Prada Paradoxe

Beauty lovers, I'm so happy and blessed to be with you guys again this Thursday/Friday eve. Every time that I get to be with you guys, I DO NOT take it for granted.  I was on my favorite fashion blogger Highlowluxxe's Instagram page and I noticed that she had a new perfume from one of my favorite fashion designers, Prada. I didn't know the official name of the perfume at the time. So I went on the hunt to find out the name and if it was worth the hype. I also heard that it smells very much like the Armani My Way perfume. It's a floral ambery fragrance that embraces the paradoxes of iconic ingredients to reveal new scented sensations. Reinventing freshness with the first Neroli bud extraction for Prada, to capture the flower’s fresh dimension. Reinventing sensuality with Ambrofix, a bio-converted amber, revealing a vibrant warmth. Reinventing intensity through a new revolutionary musk molecule: the Serenolide, for an intense yet subtle and comfortable trail noticeable r

Living On Ultra Violet Time

Image
Well hello again fashion friends, I hope that all of you are doing well and enjoyed your weekend. I'm so happy to be back here with you all again. There's nothing more that makes me happy than seeing Fall colors. In 2018 the color for the year was Ultra Violet, and everybody wore something in that shade. But I was reading the September issue of Allure Magazine and it looks like it going to be huge for the Fall and Winter. The color purple (Not the movie) is such a great color for anyone and it's a color that lifts people's moods when you wear it.  I remember every influencer and Fashion blogger wearing these Balenciaga heels.  Jazz up your boring trench coat with a pair of over-the-knee boots (In ultra Violet of course.) One of my fashion Style Queens Tiffany Hsu (I believe she's the fashion buyer for My Theresa, one of my favorite luxury fashion websites.) wore this Ultra Violet cardigan during Paris Fashion Week.   https://www.instagram.com/handinfire/ Versace Sp

Happy Thursday/Friday eve beauty lovers, The weekend is finally here and I hope that all of you will relax on your well-deserved weekend. Being a black beauty blogger, it's important to support my black and brown brothers and sisters that have great beauty brands but also have great stories as well.  I was on Instagram one day and I saw a new skincare brand called Vavica, so I decided to check them out I was blown away by the brand's background. Camila, Valentina, and Victoria are first-generation Latinx American sisters who know what it feels like to be excluded. Growing up in an immigrant home, they noticed that their different body & skin types almost never matched the ones they saw advertised and their ingredients did more harm than good. With their extensive backgrounds in the skincare industry and unique perspectives, they're here to bring us clean products that celebrate every Latinx individual and the beautiful array of skin tones, cultures, identities, and tra

Indigenous Beauty Brands That You Need To Know About.

Image
Happy Monday Beauty Lovers, I hope that you all had a great weekend and I hope that you're ready to conquer the goals that you have on your to-do list.  Today is Indigenous People's Day, and there are many new brands out, I felt that it was so important to spotlight them and support them today and every day. I was reading an article in the June/July issue of Allure Magazine and these three brands were featured.  The first brand that I was to tell you guys about is Ah-Shi Beauty, A trailblazer in her own right, Ahsaki is the Founder/CEO of Ah-Shi Beauty, the first Native American-owned and operated luxury skincare and cosmetics brand in the United States. Even as a proud Dine (Navajo) tribal member and African American woman, Ahsaki has odds against her as she faces social and economic challenges as a dark-skinned Native American. These obstacles gave her the fuel she needed to build Ah-Shi Beauty. Where she showcases that Native Americans/Indigenous people are diverse and tha
