I'll Meet Chelsea In Paris.

Image
Happy Sunday beautiful people, I hope that all of you are doing enjoying the last little bit of your weekend and doing well and staying safe in the world that we are living in right now.  I was reading the October issue of Instyle Magazine and I saw these amazing shoes from a brand that I love and it quickly dawned on me that this brand was in the September issue of Instyle Magazine where Zendaya wore a pair of her shoes. In 2012, designer Theresa Ebagua’s vision for luxury footwear inspired by her African heritage was brought to life and Chelsea Paris was born. Named for the designer’s daughters, Chelsea Paris is the embodiment of diverse creativity, a global perspective, and timeless luxury.  European craftsmanship is seamlessly fused with Ebagua's African-inspired designs, colors, and prints. Chelsea Paris footwear is built for conscientious free spirits who refuse to compromise.  Every pair of Chelsea Paris shoes is handmade (A lost art form.)  exclusi...

Beauty Brands You Need To Know About: Immunocologie

Image
Hello again beauty lovers, I hope that you all are having a great Thursday and were safe out there in the world today.  In today's blog post, I want to introduce you guys to a new beauty brand that I recently came across while I was watching a segment on Home And Family where Kym Douglas was talking about the products that support Breast Cancer ( October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.) and I remember her saying that she herself uses these products, so I decided to check them out myself.   The Immunocologie story began following founder Karen Ballou falling sick with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. With over 30 years of experience in the skincare industry, Karen grew concerned that the products she was using as a part of her skincare regimen were not supporting her health as she underwent treatment for cancer. Compelled to positively change the relationship between her skin, its health, and her skincare regimen, the Immunocologie philosophy, and product line were created...

Bad And Minty

Image
Happy Tuesday beautiful people, I hope that all of you had a great day and were safe out in the world that we all are living in right now.  When you think of the color Mint, What do you think? Me personally, I think of the Spring and Summer with all of the pastels that we all love to wear during the season. But if I told you that you can wear Mint in the Fall and in the Winter as well.  Mint is just that color that will definitely get you noticed while you are walking down the street or going to get a carton of milk from the grocery store. The color Mint looks great on everybody and I have a mint knitter and lace sweaters in my closet that I wear all of the time during the Fall and Winter.   The Dior Montaigne is one gorgeous bag that I've seen a few fashion bloggers carrying around in their blog photos. I saw this one on their website and I love the darker mint color and the Gold hardware is absolutely GORGEOUS. This bag retails for $3550.00. https://www.dior....

Me, And You, And JW PEI Too.

I'm so happy to be back here with y'all again, I hope that all of you are enjoying you Sunday and being safe out there. I've seen this new handbag brand (Okay, new to me at least.) while I was watching a Korean YouTuber receive one in the mail and thought to myself, how classic, feminine, and ladylike are those bags. So I went to do some research on this new brand that I found via YouTube.  JW PEI is a Los Angeles based accessories brand founded by a husband and wife duo. The inspiration behind the brand was upon the idea that fashion should be accessible, effortless, and empowering. A minimalist design (A win for me.) in sustainable vegan materials is at the heart of the brand. JW PEI with its modern minimalist aesthetic puts forward and seeks to celebrate feminine beauty and strength through fun and creative fashion. Sustainability is in JW PEI's DNA. We use high-quality canvas, polyurethane, and certified fabric made from recycled plastic bottles. Another thing I...

My Review On The Freeman Beauty Polishing Charcoal And Black Sugar Gel Mask And Scrub

Image
Hello, beauty lovers, and Happy Thursday to all of you. I hope that all of had a great day and stayed safe as much as possible. During this time, I learned that self-care is very important for your mental health. We all feel that taking care of ourselves is a selfish act I was the same way, but I'll tell you it's not. When we take the time to give ourselves a little attention, we can give our loved ones the attention that they need and it's a confidence booster. Now, we all know the benefits of Charcoal. It detoxifies the skin from all of the nasties that lie in our skin. Me having sensitive skin, I thought that it would make my skin react in the worst way possible until my youngest sister put a Charcoal mask on me after I removed the mask off of my face, my pores felt so clean and my skin looked radiant.   This is the second time that I used Freeman Beauty Polishing Charcoal And Black Sugar Gel Mask And Scrub and I am very impressed with this product. I love the way tha...

On My Winter Fashion Wishlist: The Chloe Susanna Boot

Image
Hello again my fellow fashion lovers, I hope that all of you had an amazing Tuesday and are staying safe right now.  If there's anything that I wear more in the Fall and Winter season, it's boots. (With an occasional flat thrown in the mix.) When it comes down to the color of the boots that I wear throughout the Fall and Winter season, they'll be a neutral color. When I go out to do errands, I don't want to have to worry about "if this boot matches my outfit". You guys know that I have a philosophy about fashion that has always help me during the Spring and Summer season, Keep It Simple, Silly. Simplicity has really helped me with my style and how I shop and let's be honest here, simple things will always be a fashion and must-have in your closet. Chloe is one of my favorite fashion designers ever. I love the elegance and femininity that all of their clothing has (I'm beyond over women showing all of their bits out to the world to see.) I have been in...

On My Fashion Wishlist: Balenciaga Classic City Bag

Image
Hello again and Happy Sunday to you all, I hope that all of you are doing well and staying safe in the world that we are living in right now.  Handbags are my favorite accessory, EVER. I've love handbags for as long as I could remember. Your handbag should be the finishing piece of your outfit (Okay, Maybe your jewelry.) but the handbag is the first thing that I look at before I look at the outfit in its entirety. There're so many handbags that are on my wishlist, new and old that I want to add inside of my closet, but there is one handbag that I've wanted to have for the longest time and I wanted to tell you guys about it.  I remember seeing a celebrity carry the Balenciaga City Bag in a magazine that I was reading at the time and I was obsessed with this bag. I went on the Balenciaga website and looking at the different sizes and I would have to go with the City Bag in the small size. I love the worn look of the leather, the crossbody strap, and the gold zipper ( Y'a...

They make some of the best smelling fragrances in the world and I hope that one day when the Lord blesses me with a little bit over my lunch money that I will one of their fragrances, including this one.    I was reading a magazine one day and I saw an ad for Jo Malone and I saw they had a new perfume called Peony and Pink Suede and they had a free sample of the new fragrance, so I opened it and when I tell you guys that I was transported to Paris by the smell alone. The description of the fragrance is  The essence of charm. Peonies in vo...

Happy Tuesday everyone, I hope that all of you are doing well and staying safe as much as possible.  Fashion to me is a total escape from what's going on throughout my whole life and I hope that you guys are trying to take care of yourselves not only physically, but mentally as well. I hope that my blog posts will provide you a sense of calm in your world.  Vegan fashion is something that I want to know more about, as a fashion blogger it's my duty to inform myself about this so that I can report to you guys about new vegan brands that I think that you all will love and would buy from.  I came to find out Shop Voni when I was scrolling through Instagram and I saw this beautifully crafted handbag, so I went on their website and I when I tell y'all that I was more impressed with the owner of Shop Voni herself.  Jevoni McAllister and registered nurse created Voni because she believed that every woman shoud see herself in the world of substainable fashion. Teddy Blake, Let's Be Friends

Image
Hello again my fashion friends, I hope that all of you are enjoying this Sunday with all of your family and friends while stylish and safe in the world that we live in right. I know for some of you, the world to be a scary place and I'm right there with you. Every day that we watch the news or read the newspaper it can be very depressing, but I want to let you all know that I love you and you are loved in so many ways, we will get through this very dark time together.  In my honest opinion, a girl can never have too many handbags in her closet. Your handbag can really elevate your outfit in so many ways. When I plan my outfit, I literally pick my bag before I even pick out my outfit I'm a neutral bag girl but I like to have a little color thrown in here and there (Variety is the spice of life when it comes to fashion.) I feel that a neutral bag is a lot easier to style with my everyday outfits than a bright-colored one.  I've found about the handbag bag Teddy Blake while...

On My Beauty Wishlist: LA Girls Cosmetics Break Free Palette

Image
Happy Thursday beauty lovers, I hope that all of you are doing well and doing your very best to stay safe in the world that we all live in right now. I want y'all to remember that our best days are coming.  I have an obsession with eyeshadow palettes, I look at all of the palettes that I want to add to my expanding collection. When it comes to the eyeshadow palettes I love a neutral one, I'm not the type of girl who would wear a bold eyeshadow color, and let's be honest I thirty and I'm not that cool enough to wear those color and even when I was in my twenties I stayed away from the bold eyeshadow colors.  One day, I was on the LA Girls Cosmetics Instagram page and I saw that they add a new palette, I instantly went on their website and I fell in love with all of the colors. The 16 highly pigmented eyeshadows come in silky soft mattes, smooth shimmers, and intense foils to transform eyes into a statement that will stay blended but never blend in. This is a limited edi...

Give Me Casadei Or Give Me Nothing At All

Image
Hello beautiful people, I hope that all of you are doing well and trying to stay safe in the world that we all are living in right now. We are going to get through this together, I promise.  I've been a fan of Casadei shoes for the longest time, I think that we can all agree that Italian can design shoes like nobody else. The attention to detail and design is so beautiful and I appreciate that so much as a fashion consumer/lover. Casadei has been making shoes in Italy since 1958, when it had just a small workshop in San Mauro Pascoli. Son of the founders, Cesare is now Creative Director and oversees a team of specialist artisans who craft each collection using materials that are exclusive to the maison. How gorgeous are the Blade,The classic shape of the iconic Blade pump takes a seductive turn: the sexy effect of the naplak meets the razor-sharp Blade heel. This shoe screams confidence and self esteem. These are a steep price at $690.00 but aren't these stunning.  ...

On My Fall Fashion Wishlist: Stuart Weitzman The McKenzee Lace Up Combat Boot

Image
Hello Fashion Lovers, I'm so glad to be here with you all again and talk about the one thing that brings me so much joy, and that's Fashion. I hope that all of you are doing well and being safe out in the world that we live right now.   The one thing that I love about Fall is Boots, I love how a pair of boots add a little effortless to any outfit that you wear on an everyday basis. But a pair of combat boots add roughness to a classy outfit, I've had a pair of combat that I wore to death and I still need to replace them in my closet, but I've found a pair of combat that I will save all of my dollars for. I think that we can all agree that Stuart Weitzman designs the best boots in the world. I go on his website sometimes and just marvel at his boot. I saw the Mckenzee Boots in the October issue of Instyle Magazine and I fell in love with them. These gorgeous lace-ups, anchored by a bold lug sole, are designed to help you stomp through any challenge. Many of you that are ...

New Beauty Brand That You Need To Know: Seven True

Image
Hello Beauty Lovers, and Happy Thursday to you all. I hope that you all are doing well and staying safe right now. As many of you know, I have an absolute love/obsession for nail polish. I believe that I have over 100 bottles of nail polishes in my collection (and counting). I love the fact that I can change my look with just simple nail polish, I tend to stick to reds and berry for the Fall and Winter, and for the Spring and Summer, I love wearing pinks, reds, and a lot of pastels I even have them separated by color as well ( I know, I have a little bit of OCD) but I love that I know that I can find them easily.    I also know that a lot of the nail polish that I use has a lot of nasty chemicals in them and I'm trying to be more observative of the nail polish that I use on a weekly basis. I was reading a fashion magazine and I noticed a nail polish brand that I never saw before and I wanted to learn more about it. 7TRUE was created by three moms, Maria Pantaleoni, Miria...
