On My Beauty Wishlist: Rucker Roots Anti-Frizz Silkening Growth Serum

Good Thursday and Happy Friday Eve to all of you. We have made it to another week and the weekend is right in front of us.

I was reading the September 2018 issue of Instyle Magazine and I read an article about Robin Roberts and she said that she used a product from Rucker Roots, so I went on their website and I fell in love with the company. The history of Rucker Roots runs deep. Dating back to the early 1980s, the Rucker sisters' mother used vegetables from the family garden along with oils, mayonnaise, eggs, and avocados to mixing up kitchen concoctions to include in their hair regimen. This helped the sisters develop an appreciation for natural hair care products, the value of family, and the importance of their heritage and strong roots.

Later in life when the sisters, Ellen and Ione, became mothers, they wanted their daughters to love and appreciate their natural hair and have the products available to keep their hair healthy. These events lead to them creating Rucker Roots.

The product that Robin Roberts used for her short hair was the Anti-Frizz Silkening Growth Serum, I don't have short hair at all, but I want to get my hair in a healthier state. It's a lightweight hair growth serum that keeps hair silky and smooth during heat styling while stimulating growth at the roots for an all-over finishing sheen. It also helps you maintain your Silk Press longer. This is priced at $19.99.

I hope that you all will try this Black-Owned Hair Careline out, I hope that all of you have enjoyed this beauty blog post for this Thursday, I love you all so much, and until next time, Stay Beautiful.
