I Might Need A Bigger Closet Part 4

Hello again my lovelies, I hope that all of you are doing well and had a great weekend with your friends and family.

You guys seem to really like the I Might Need A Bigger Closet that I do on my blog from time to time, and I must say, I love doing them for you. As a fashion lover, I always find myself looking at new brands that I've read about and falling in love with and I feel it's my duty to let you guys know about these brands and you might fall in love with these brands as well.

The first brand that I want to tell you about is Pamela Munson, Pamela Munson is a straw accessories brand inspired by a classic style reminiscent of a bygone era. Each piece is handwoven with signature design elements that propose a modern balance of strength and femininity. Designed in New York, they view straw as a natural, sustainable, and seasonless material. A good part of Pamela's childhood was spent cruising around Florida, the Bahamas, and Long Island's East End on her family's cruiser "The Three Hearts." She draws upon this special time with her family when creating each collection. With more than 15 years in the fashion industry at Chanel, Oscar de la Renta, and Bergdorf Goodman, she fuses her business acumen with a passion for creating straw handbags and accessories. Since launching the brand in the Spring of 2017, Pamela's designs have been carried at some of the finest retailers in the world including Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Shopbop. Their signature straw styles have been worn by top influencers Blair Eadie and Julia Berolzheimer and have received praise from Vogue, Town & Country, Oprah Magazine and Who What Wear, among others.

The Market Tote is a  new take on the classic market tote and soon-to-be Summer favorite.  This traditional Market Tote silhouette has been realized in a lightweight, handwoven straw with our signature knot handles in a luxe, crisp embossed white croc. The Market Tote is $295.00.

When I saw The One Fish, Two Fish clutch, I fell in love with it, it's a  handwoven straw minaudière that features a charming fish motif. Pam’s family shared a deep love of the sea with a lifetime of memories on the water. This clutch is sold out on the website, but I still link it down below for you guys and the asking price is $275.00.

I never heard of Frances Valentine before, so I went on the website and as I read the bio of this brand, I became a huge fan of them. Elyce Arons launched Frances Valentine with her dearest friends Kate and Andy Spade in February of 2016. We set out to create a modern American lifestyle brand with a joyful perspective. She will always be inspired by Kate’s timeless style and distinct aesthetic. Frances Valentine is a design house with a unique way of viewing the world. Through this lens, they create original, vintage modern pieces to delight and brighten our lives.

The Bliss Mini Summer Circle Dress caught my eye and I need it in my closet. It features our new summer circle print, offering the perfect pop of color. This mini-length dress on cotton poplin can be worn belted or not and has a dramatic balloon sleeve with elastic wrist and neckline. This dress is sold out in most of their sizes with a few left in Small, Medium, and 2XL, and the price for this dress is $348.00.

Yes, I have another straw bag for you guys. I've been a fan of Poolside because of the sustainable and ethical practices that they use when it comes to their handbags. Founded by Ashleigh Hults during a winter trip to St. Barths, her line of beach bags launched in the Summer of 2016 and quickly became “Instagram Bait” (Harper’s Bazaar). Poolside’s inaugural collection featured irreverent, hand-embroidered rap lyrics and pop-culture phrases such as “Sip Champagne When We Thirsty” and “Woke Up Like This,” which are both sell-out bags. Poolside also offers a made-to-order option, with customized bags spotted on numerous celebrities and “it girls” including Gigi Hadid, Gwyneth Paltrow, Priyanka Chopra, Reese Witherspoon, Molly Sims, Emma Roberts, Lili Reinhart, Ashley Benson, Romee Strijd, Rachel Hilbert, Emily Ratajkowski and The Kardashians. The weaving handicraft is associated with female artisans globally, and we are happy to work with over 150 female weavers in India and Morocco. They have created a fair trade, which has resulted in financial independence and job stability for the women that they work with. They currently manufacture most of our products in India and Morocco. They have a private atelier in Delhi, where their bags are embroidered and finished by hand. In Morocco, they work with a women's cooperative, which includes a safe work environment, as well as a nursery and a school for the children of the female artisans who are working to support their families. Most of their bags are made using natural or up-cycled materials and sustainable processes. Poolside is the definition of slow fashion most bags take over two days to finish. Since most of their items are made by hand, there can be slight differences between each bag, which make these items one-of-a-kind. They like to think that these items carry the energy of the woman who created them. By purchasing a bag from them, you are not only supporting sustainable fashion and female artisans, but you are also investing in a classic wardrobe staple that will last you for years to come without ever going out of style.

The Le Croissant is on top of my list, This mini wicker croissant-shaped bag is our take on the popular 1990s silhouette. It comes in two leather finishes and the price for the Le Croissant is $295.00.

The Isola Tote is a fresh take on our classic medium beach tote silhouette. We love the juxtaposition of the natural seagrass with the luxe leather knotted handle. This tote is a versatile bag for travel it's large enough to carry your poolside essentials but small enough to bring along to lunch. They kept this beach bag unlined intentionally. This way, it's easy to clean and shake the sand out after a day at the beach. The soft sea grass fiber allows you to flat-pack the bag inside of a suitcase. This tote is priced at $255.00.

Neely & Chloe is the aspirational, yet attainable accessories line designed with the consumer in mind. The eponymous creation of sisters Neely and Chloe Burch, the brand creates designs that are understated and timeless, meant to be worn season after season. All products are produced with leathers from Spain and Portugal and are created with the highest quality craftsmanship. Neely & Chloe found there was a voice to be filled between affordable accessories and luxury brands.

The No.2 The Large Tote is on my Christmas list. It's one step up from the classic tote, the large tote is the perfect bag for the girl on the go. Big enough to fit everything from your laptop to your sneakers is perfect for an overnight getaway. On a slower day, latch the toggle to create a smaller, more structured trapezoidal tote. With a removable zip pouch and two interior slip pockets, you’ll have access to everything you need. The price for this tote bag is $358.00.

I was reading an issue of Elle Magazine when the editor-in-chief Nina Garcia (She's also the former Editor-In Cheif of Marie Claire as well.) mentioned that she loved the brand Alepel, and I can see why she loved them so much. Alepel was founded in 2014 by Adriana Epelboim-Levy with the goal of intersecting art and fashion in footwear and accessories that makes a statement. Celebrating both form and function through the thoughtful designs of Alepel, we have developed intricate and highly considered pieces that reflect the sensibilities of a creative soul. Alepel’s singular design perspective focuses on our hand-painted collections. A true reflection of the immense creativity our designer imparted into Alepel from its genesis. Each creation celebrates the artistic roots in unique and special ways.  Alepel is based out of Miami, Florida, featuring luxury shoes and accessories for the contemporary market. All of our shoes are made in Brazil using high-quality materials and techniques; and hand-painted by local artists in the Miami area. Alepel was built on the idea of celebrating the creative spirit and imbuing that spirit into treasured footwear pieces. Each unique Alepel design reiterates this brand ethos. Alepel’s hand-painted pieces reflect the canvas for which anything is possible. This opportunity for innovative expression and imagination is manifested in every painted incarnation. Alepel features base styles with designed patterns hand-painted by ALEPEL’s artists. All patterns featured on the footwear and accessories are designed by the brand’s founder and designer, Adriana Epelboim-Levy. Alepel has developed relationships with local partner artists to produce the customized patterns on each Alepel piece. The beauty of the artistry lay in the artistic perspective each painter brings to every style. No two Alepel pieces are exactly alike, creating a precious rarity to these special creations. Venezuelan-born Adriana Epelboim-Levy formally trained as an architect at Pratt Institute in NYC. Informed by geometry and decorative arts, ALEPEL, has dual parts modern artistry and timeless elegance. Our designer’s inherent understanding of timeless elegance is one of the many reasons why Alepel consistently attracts sophisticated women from all around the world. Alepel has been featured in international publications and on celebrities including Camila Cabello, Ariel Winter, Josephine Skriver, VOGUE Latin America, Footwear News, Forbes, Oprah's Magazine, Instyle, Glamour, Elle, Hola!, and Latina Magazine.

The Beige Abstract Palms Loafer is right up my alley and would go with just about everything in my closet. Another thing that I love about Alepel is that you can create your own custom shoes. This loafer is $265.00.

How stunning are the Eden Garden Mules, The Eden Mules were Inspired by a place of abundant natural beauty, together with a symbol of rebirth - a peacock hand-painted in a soft and romantic hue. These are priced at $295.00.

As many of you know, Meghan Markel is one of my fashion icons. I love the California ease, yet feminine that her style brings. I saw her wear a pair of sandals while she was on a charity trip with Prince Harry, so I went on the hunt to find those sandals and I finally found the designer, The name of the designer was Sarah Flint. ( I will do a separate blog post about her in the coming weeks to come.) The Grear Sandal has a 10mm flat sandal with a round toe and with a Grecian style lace up and it was Handcrafted on the Amalfi Coast, Italy. It is also available in several colors and the price for the Grear sandal is $395.00.

Fashion lovers, I hope that all of you have been influenced by what I talked about in this blog post. And as always, I love you all so much, and until next time, Stay Beautiful.
