On My Fashion Wishlist: Max Mara Marine Bag

While browsing the March issue of Harper's Bazaar, I came across an ad for one of my favorite designers, Max Mara. The Marine Bag instantly captivated me, and I fell head over heels for it. It's a small Marine bag made from soft, tumbled calfskin. This exclusive piece stands out with its rounded shape and flexible dimensions, thanks to strap-securing expandable sides and an internal split ring. It features iconic tubular handles adorned with a handle-securing loop detail, as well as a detachable shoulder strap that allows for handheld, shoulder, or crossbody wear. The bag showcases an unlined flat bonded interior with internal pockets and is enhanced by a metal Max Mara lettering appliqué on the front, along with five metal feet. It also includes a magnetic snap closure at the top. The price for this bag is $1,590.00.
